Rise of the Tomb Raider: A Breathtaking Journey of Survival, Betrayal, and Immortality Hey everyone! How are you all doing today? Last night, I found myself completely immersed in a spectacular gaming experience, and I just had to share it with you all. I finally sat down to play Rise of the Tomb Raider, and to be completely honest with you, my mind is entirely blown. This is not just a game; it is an absolute masterpiece. If you are looking for an experience that perfectly balances jaw-dropping, high-octane action with a deeply compelling, profoundly emotional storyline, then you have struck absolute gold. Let me take you on a deep dive into why this game kept me glued to my screen until the early hours of the morning. At the very heart of this incredible narrative is an age-old human obsession: the desperate search for eternal life. The story revolves around a mythical artifact known as the Divine Source—a legendary relic rumored to hold the ultimate power of immorta...

Learned Stall Recovery and Troubled Elevator Emergency Landing on Jumbo Jet Flight Simulator

I played the jumbo jet flight simulator today and I cleared two rounds.

One was the stall and recovery round of the Lockheed Tristar L-1011 airplane.

The second was to make an emergency landing after the left elevator malfunctioned.

In the stall and recovery training round

I put in full power and pitched the airplane up. As a result, the airplane started to lose airspeed.

At 160 Knots indicated airspeed the stall horn started shouting, but I held the nose up attitude and the airspeed continued to bleed off.

At 130 KIAS I gently released the back elevator pressure and started to pitch the aircraft down gently.

I also reduced the throttle initially to reduce the load on the wings and aircraft body.

I checked the turn coordinator and made sure the wings were level. All the movements were going in a smooth transition.

Within a few seconds, the aircraft had recovered from the stall.

The Jumbo Jet Flight Simulator showed that I had cleared this round of stall recovery training.

The next stage was to make an emergency landing with a troubled elevator.

This round was based on the event that happened with Delta Airlines Flight 1080 on April 12th, 1977.

I was able to clear this round in two attempts.

In the first attempt, I was able to put the airplane on the runway but I was not able to stop it safely and it ultimately crashed.

It was probably due to more speed and that I was high initially.

So this is how the whole episode went.

Take off from the airport, flaps full, full power, and brakes release.

The Lockheed Tristar L-1011 started to roll on the runway

At 160 Knots Indicated Airspeed the aircraft asked me to roll so I pulled back on the yoke slightly and within the next few seconds the aircraft was in the air.

Just as I left the runway there was a malfunction of the left elevator.

There was an airport on the right, so the Jumbo Jet Flight Simulator made it easy for me to land the aircraft.

In the second attempt I was right on the target and with a little bit of tussle and juggling with throttle and joke I was able to bring the aircraft down safely and on the runway.

I am surely not as good as when the incident actually happened, but then that was controlled by professionally trained pilots.

This is a gameplay and walkthrough video of the two rounds that I cleared in the Jumbo Jet Flight Simulator.
